Overview Evaluation
Inn Partners Bill Oates and Heide Bredfeldt visit the Inn and provide a critique of operations as they impact value, business and future transition.
Inn Partners will also review financial statements, compare to standard costs and provide advice, direction and suggestions for enhancing profitability.
Fee for this service is $75.00 per guest room plus $500.00 for a full service Inn. (Minimum Fee is $1,000.00. Maximum is $1,500.00.) All fees are credited to the cost of additional services.
Assessment of Market Value
This uses methodology which blends financial ratio analysis with Asset replacement value. The process identifies specific assets which add or detract from overall economic value.
Fee for this service is $200 per room plus $1,000.00 for a full dinner service Inn. Minimum is $2,000.00. Maximum is $3,500.00 with credit for any Overview Evaluation fees paid.
Consulting in the Transfer Process.
As individual needs will vary, Inn Consulting Partners Bill Oates and Heide Bredfeldt’s services can be designed in consultation with Innkeepers.
These include:
- Preparing a transfer marketing plan
- Implementing and monitoring the marketing plan
- Managing all inquiries
- Interviewing, qualifying and informing transfer candidates
- Complete involvement and management of the transfer process
Fees would depend on level of involvement, but would normally run from 1% to 4% of the sale price.
Inn Consulting Partners sponsors educational workshops on an irregular basis.
