There is a studio apartment in the main Inn for the owners, a barn and extensive maintenance equipment.

Guests to the Inn have an abundance of activities available, as this area offers mountains, the oldest and largest Oklahoma state park, a 5,700 acre recreational lake and many cultural and historical places of interest. The current owners have grown the business since its beginning in 1999, with sales growing steadily through the years.
